Practice & Membership

For years, patients have come to me with complex concerns, Menopause symptoms, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, fibroids, or simply questions about changes in their bodies that didn’t have clear answers. Over time, it became clear that the traditional insurance-based system doesn’t leave enough time or space to address these issues the way they truly deserve.

That’s why I created a membership-based practice. It allows for unhurried visits, timely access, and a truly collaborative approach to care. You have the time to ask questions, understand your options, and feel confident about the decisions being made for your health.

I bring together advanced surgical training, evidence-based medicine, and a deeply personal approach shaped by my own lived experience. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and informed at every step.

Members also receive dedicated support with scheduling, medication coordination, billing assistance, and access to virtual urgent care after-hour. The goal is simple: to make your care feel clear, coordinated, and manageable.

My new practice represents more than just a way to deliver healthcare—it is at the forefront of a movement that prioritizes the patient-physician relationship, removing much of the friction women have felt in seeking the care they deserve. By limiting the number of patients I see, I can focus on supporting your whole health.

On an annual basis, you’ll have a more comprehensive screening with a lens towards longevity and getting to the root of your more complex symptoms or concerns. These visits are more robust than a traditional well-woman visit, with unique care plans thoughtfully built for you. Throughout the year, you’ll have access to unrushed office and virtual visits and hands-on coordination with specialists as needed.

A membership-based physician practice works on a subscription model where patients pay a fee for access to a range of healthcare services that go beyond typical insurance-covered care. Some of these services include:

Annual wellness exams.

Each member receives a personalized annual wellness exam designed to address women's unique health needs and prioritize longevity. We’ll look at the full picture- hormones, symptoms, lifestyle, and history. The visit may include menopause and perimenopause management, abnormal bleeding and pelvic pain evaluation, fibroid care, sexual wellness, or an in-depth dive into pelvic floor issues. Testing will include advanced diagnostics as needed. Then, you will receive a plan that emphasizes prevention and necessary treatment.
(Note: third-party services, including diagnostics and labs, are not included in membership fees but may be reimbursed through insurance depending on your plan.)

Access to in-person and virtual visits for medical and wellness services.

My practice is designed to support the broad range of conditions and needs women have, such as endometriosis, abnormal bleeding or pelvic pain,  sexual wellness, incontinence, and symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause (hair loss, GSM, weight gain, insomnia, etc.), through care offered by my practice and my trusted network of specialists.

Most office-based procedures you may need (such as colposcopy, biopsies, hysteroscopy, IUD placement or removal, and Nexplanon) are included at no additional cost.

Direct Access to Care Coordination.

Every member has direct access to a care coordinator who ensures that continuity of care is convenient. They're available to help with medical record retrieval, scheduling visits with specialists, and courtesy billing for out-of-network services provided by my practice.

After-hours virtual urgent care and other member services.

I have partnered with Monarch to provide services that remove the friction women often experience with today's health system. Members have access to after-hours virtual urgent care, medical record retrieval services, scheduling support, and courtesy billing for out-of-network services provided.

Discounted Surgery Rates.

I will continue to offer minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. If surgery is needed, members receive significantly reduced fees so that care is more predictable and transparent. They will receive 50% off my professional fees for all in-office and hospital-based surgical procedures.

As a member, you'll have direct access to me, whether in person or via telehealth. A full list of services covered under the membership fee is available by contacting membership@enritchedgynecology.com. Members typically incur no out-of-pocket costs for covered visits, though they may opt for non-covered procedures, paying only for those and any associated supplies like IUDs.

Daughters (up to age 26) of members are welcome to see Dr. Ritch. The cost of an annual visit is $500 (including a Pap smear) and any routine follow-ups.
